Development Programs

Harmony is a Journey of Lifelong Learning

Every insight brings us closer to the horse

The industry's success relies on two things: nurturing the next generation of riders and empowering the professionals who guide them. We’re proud to launch two new programs—one for the young equestrian athlete and one for the dedicated instructor. Explore our two new programs designed to support, educate, and empower the equestrian community.

Youth Scholarship

Nurturing Young Hearts, Shaping Future Legacies

At the heart of our philosophy is a simple truth: the children in the saddle today are the future of the equestrian world. The lessons learned here—kindness, keen observation, and discipline—are skills that last a lifetime.

To support the next generation, we are offering a 50% Scholarship for all online courses to young riders (ages 4–25).

Apply in 3 Simple Steps

1. The Rider’s Story
Ask your young rider to draft a note to Felicitas. We want to hear about their love for horses, what they’re currently practicing, and their biggest equestrian dreams. Parents, let them take the reins! We aren’t looking for perfect grammar—just their authentic, heartfelt voice.

2. Parental Approval
To keep things safe and official, a parent or guardian must complete the Youth Scholarship Form on the rider's behalf. This serves as your formal consent and ensures we have the right contact details.

3. Accessing the Magic
Once we’ve reviewed the rider’s message, we’ll reach out to you with details on how to access our online course library.

Coaching transcends flawless diagonals and ribbons; it is about nurturing the next generation of true horsemen and women. Children are the legacy of our sport, and it is vital that we support them as they begin this lifelong journey.

Professional Development Grant

In our industry, mastery isn’t a destination—it’s the lifelong refinement of the basics. It’s the steady rhythm of repetition that eventually transforms into harmony. As trainers, we strive to be lifelong learners for the sake of the horse, but the reality of a busy barn and a full arena can make off-site clinics and specialized mentorship difficult to reach.

To support our fellow educators, we are offering a 50% Professional Development Grant for our entire online course library.

Start the Dialogue We view this grant as the beginning of a collaboration. To apply, please fill out The Professional Development Form and share:

  • Your Vision: Your training philosophy and current focus.

  • Your Program: Whether you primarily focus on instruction or training/sales.

  • Your Goals: Which courses interest you and how they will support your program.

The Next Step: Once we receive and review your message, we will contact you regarding access to the online course library. Let’s work together to make high-level classical insights accessible to those on the front lines of the sport.
